The Schoenstatt Sisters of Mary collaborate with families for natural family planning. Sr. M. Lucimar coordinates and directs the Cenplafan Londrina / PR.

The goal of the project is Cenplafan promote, publicize, promote, research, teach and coordinate Methods Natural Family Planning, mainly Billings Ovulation Method.

Many confuse it with the rhythm method, but it is another method. Billings method is observation of the female body, with the collaboration of her husband, at no cost, thereby facilitating the entire society. It is encouraging to knowledge of human fertility and infertility with adequate guidance to responsible parenthood and health awareness in general.

The Billings Ovulation Method has high efficacy rate, approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) to 97-99%. Does not have contraindications because it does not attack and does not modify the biological body and can be used by anyone.

It is important to know that Cenplafan not restricted only to offer the Natural Family Planning, but goes far beyond. It provides knowledge, valuing human life, man and woman leading the growth and maturation of the person himself, from the basis that each back inside.

The whole family benefits from the knowledge that contributes to the development and strengthening of family ties between parents and children, thus creating linkages that facilitate dialogue and a healthy coexistence, where the couple develops and builds their personal lives, families and society.
